Management staff is not good. Like Registrar of this university don't do any work except politics also chief proctor don't deserve to be at this post. Vice chancellor also have fake degrees

IFTM University rely heavily on government scholarship to sustain. Can't expect much from such university when the whole purpose of it's existence is milking government's money.

Dislikes

Internal politics, specially in the upper management is very stinking. Everything and anything can be a cause of trouble. Things went worse after 2017 due to management changes. Happy to part ways from this hole.

Average work environment and culture. Teammates are not supportive and management is not transparent. Company policies are average, appraisals are not fair at time and now, they are not giving good salary and bonus every year. Today's, condition of IFTM UNIVERSITY is not good

I dislike IFTM University, because management doesn't address our issues. My salary is decent but growth of my career is slow.

It is one of the fraudulent University of UP...Not with employees even with students too.... They deny with the terms and conditions of appointment letter at the time of leaving the job and imposed their t&c without informing employee..... This university has laid off around 120 permanent employees having more than 10 yrs of experience in its organization especially in the time of pandemic.I do not recommend this university to anyone....Read More
