The company is very good for freshers to start their life career.

Dislikes

Employee is not given leave.If you take leave, you do not even give incentives along with your salary.

This company is good to work in professional life. Beginners can do well.But personal life is not good. Holidays are not available. Can't think of some of my vacations.

You will get salary on time.

Dislikes

They are concerned sales and sales only. If there won't be sales pitch on call they will mark it as fatal. They won't approve your leaves and you sick leave should be planned too otherwise a warning letter will be issued There is a lot of politics in company Management won't address your issue.. Overall very bad experience.....

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3.
