Company policies are good and on time salaries

Management of South India branches is horrible. They hire domestic sales people and only focus on meeting numbers any way they want. Manager will not support in terms of meeting targets and performance. He will only work to show his higher management.

Not at all ready to listen from employee side, in Bangalore St.mark's road manager, Mr. Bikash kumar Parida was the most annoying person in my career history. Always does micro managements in office. There is no proper increment or appraisals.

I working from past 3 years and my performance is stupendous and my management is aware of this, even though I am not growing professionally. I was given fake promises but I am generating business.

Dislikes

As an educator, I love my job, and in Idp platform I am getting this at least.
