Barely anything. No job security at higher grades. Despite multiple vertical heads, one man running the show & trying to control everything makes it extremely disoriented organisation as far as process is concerned.

Dislikes

No values to work life balance. Poor infrastructure in general. Commuting to office is horrible. I am not demanding parking, that's a concern everywhere but during monsoon, the least that you expect is your shoes are wet all day long because the path connecting to main road to the office is a flowing river during monsoon. There is no alternate to the drowning shoes here. So you are left with your wet shoes throughout the day....throughout the Bombay monsoons of ~4 months. Their so called cafeteria is just an open terrace, except the beginning of the monsoon where you really enjoy the breezy climate, you really dont wanna have lunches at the middle of the hotchpotch of the town's polluted air....Read More
