If you technology lover than you can learn too many things related to IoT platform specially RFID and Access control system

Dislikes

There is lot of politics and management doesn't have the concern over it. Very less salary. Completely field job in PAN India. You have use your own amount for going to local sites and you will not get that conveyance for months. Very terrible experience. You will not get the training each and every thing you will learn from the site.

Work Details

I learned many things related to RFID technology, Access control and Biometric machine which I love a lot but I didn't get the training and struggled a lot and learned all from the site itself

Work days: Alternate Saturday off (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within City, Travel Within Country.

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1. Outdated Tech: I’m worried that working with older tech will limit future opportunities. Should I stay or move to a role with newer technologies? 2. Salary: Is my current package competitive for my experience? What salary should I aim for if I switch? Seeking Advice: What modern technologies should I learn to stay relevant?
