ICS is good as per their efforts are concern to develop the company. I dont want to name but one of the director is really dynamic and want to take company to new hight.

Dislikes

If you are behind the money and compromise with the quality and service you are going to be neglect in the market. Since one of the director is dynamic chances are there to touch new hight.

Work Details

Since I was taking care of the HR/Administration , operations, and business development you will find daily new challenge which is required to be maintain with utmost care between the management and client that to be with different opinion directors.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
