Job security is very very poor. It's not a decision making by the management it is a ruling company by the owner.

Dislikes

Overall it was a bad experience in ICM insurance broker. The company is only thinking about their own growth not for the employee there very particular about money and money that's all.

Work Details

Only 3 days training and after that you have to produce if you are not productive it is a very bad for you maybe in the first month you can be fire. If you don't have any financial problem if you are looking for your career then please don't join

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)
