They Don't pay salary! My 4 month salary pending on them, travel claims not getting settled as company don't have funds to run the business, and top of that, management is not bothered to attend any calls of employees or clients! Unethical behaviour!

The Concept as proposed is very good as the vision was to create work opportunities for tier 2, tier 3 and tier 4. The execution of planned work flow was very unstructured and no one is ready to be responsible for any failures. The competency and experience is suppressed by those who are yes men.
