I feel proud to be part of Ichhapurti.com our organisation take great initiative for the family of our employees whom we lost because of Covid-19 pandemic. Our organisation provides PF Policy to their family and a job fo 1 member . Good work environment. All members are cooperative and humble.

No job security. No employee benefits. The salary date is not fixed. Resigned from the organisation in march 2022 and still not got the salary for the last 3 months. No working ethics, management goals and integrity for the organisation. Total time waste of 6 months in my career by working here.

They Don't pay salary! My 4 month salary pending on them, travel claims not getting settled as company don't have funds to run the business, and top of that, management is not bothered to attend any calls of employees or clients! Unethical behaviour!
