The working environment is very good. They help the teachers in their research works and studies. Students are also cordial. Most importantly they provide salaries on time and increment every year as per their norms. Happy to work and share the experience.

Dislikes

The leaves and holidays are very less. Some of govt holidays are even not provided by the institute. Rest is fine.

The best part about here is you have the best colleagues who stand by you whenever you need them. They become your family. Timely payment of salary is another good thing. No disturbance. Good working environment. No deadlines or pressure tactics.

Nothing specific but only one thing i.e. no proper increment.

I was working as an Assistant Professor. My work was dealing with students and also involving myself in some dealings with the management as I was a part of various committees. I cherished my time over here.

Work culture is good. Friendly colleagues and good work environment. Nice and obedient students. Fun teaching them.

Dislikes

The HOD of Law is as useless as a bloke. Can't even speak up for his colleagues. Horrible to deal with the students and very annoying. Although he has done his LLM from a foreign University, the university is not even recognised and just UGC net doesn't empower him to surpass his academic seniors. He is as useless as any novice in the job.

ICFAI University provides a platform for all to enhance their talents. A non interfering management where the teachers have the liberty to expertise in their subjects and use innovations in teaching pedagogy. Lovely and respectful students and cooperative staff make working simple and easy.

Dislikes

There is nothing in particular that I dislike but yes I have a suggestion that if coolers are provided in the faculty residence it would be beneficial and faculty members would be grateful.
