One thing is good here that's incentive employee get incentive if they done 25 admission in a session!but who is sitting in Chandigarh office they can never ever complete the target if someone join IGID Chandigarh ( Chandigarh Office) it'll became very terrible.

Here is the target of application form 250!! Employee have to upload the application form in MMS and after closing the session Employee have to do remittance from their pockets 500 for one application if someone not able to do that they hold the salary and in lastly employees have to leave the job...coz of this there's no old employee there till now!

Nothing to like. Everything here is of dislikes. The infrastructure is very poor and the staffs are nothing but the followers of Pro VC

There are so many dislikes that you could not count. Starting from infrastructure they do not have wifi enabled campus and depend on the free wifi provided by Jio, student quality is too poor and the management is pathetic as it is run by a dictator was Pro VC now promoted to VC (Incharge). This VC does not have the administrative knowledge and consider the campus as his empire. Everybody have to give a nod whatever he feels like and does and if do not you are out from the campus. No independence to do your job as it is only governed by the VC and his word is final. He does not even know how to give respect to the colleagues and bad words can be used at any time.

I am final year student and I felt there's great practise of favouritism done by the faculty. Deserving potential holders are left behind and only students who are good at buttering are rewarded.

There is nothing to like about. It's just faculty is working for salary and students are pursuing degrees just for sake of taking degree. No value addition.
