Job security is totally based on the work environment in any organisation. After being part of IBN family i faced lot of challenges like partiality done by the management like they favoured more to their favourite colleagues. HR has unperformed their duties and responsibilities as they handled by other department. No Team work, no training provided to build anyone's skills and knowledge like other organisations during joining to till service rendered. No fun activities only work and work.
