The company's work process is very interesting and good. Any employee will enjoy the kind of work Ian Martin does.

Work-life balance - Good

Dislikes

Management is pathetic, extraordinarily biased and selfish. Too much micromanagement. They say that they're transparent & open to feedback and suggestions, but they actually target people who speak straightforwardly. They do not recognise the hard work and efforts. No motivation is there and salary increment is too low.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. due to few people who need all control
