Every Company has its own strength and weaknesses. Negative feedback is always welcome because it helps us overcome our shortcomings and grow. We have been intensely trained on this by the company. Another thing that is equally important is not to sit silent against fraudulent reviews with false allegations of physical abuse, blackmail, targeting mentors with baseless remarks and terrible personal attacks on someone's family. This platform is being misused by people for taking out their frustration. These are the ones who have themselves crossed the lines and are continuing to do so. I think they are the cowards who got caught and are now hiding behind these lies. Anyone like that should never even think about applying to this company as they don't have the ability to understand what this company is all about.
