You learn many lesson here about how a company should not be. Why work culture is important, what HR Policies should be there, etc

Salary - Excellent

Dislikes

1. ) Increments pending since Jan 2019 were given in Dec 2021. Maximum was 10% and Average was 6%. 2. ) The increments of 2021 should have been provided in April 2022 but still the ratings from respective dept head are not taken by HR. 3.) You work 24x 7 here... "Detach from your family" is the slogan. 4.) You will never be allowedto relocate to another HYVA Plant as Management do not allow that. 5.) Team outings, Events, Policies - There is no place for such thing here. 6.) Go to any dept, and you will find people full of frustration and searching for a Job at HYVA. Attrition rate is too high....Read More

Got Rejected In an Interview, Just Because I Didn’t Answer a Personal Question

So, I got invited for this interview, and they told me to be there at 9 AM. Of course, I get there early, like 8:30, because I don't want to be late. But then I end up waiting for 1.5 hours. Seriously, they didn't even acknowledge me until 10. Then this HR lady calls me in, and she's totally unprofessional. She's like, on her phone, making personal calls while I'm sitting right there. And then she starts asking me these really weird questions, like what my nickname is, and what my dad does for a living. It got really uncomfortable when she started pressing for details about where my dad works. I mean, what does that have to do with anything? So I politely told her I didn't want to answer, and she actually said, "Then we can't continue this interview." I was honestly shocked. But instead of arguing, I just stood up and said, “Alright then.” And walked out. I left feeling pissed. Not only did they waste an hour of my time, but the HR rep was also rude and unprofessional..
