No job security, here's average work culture , the management is also not very much good means it's average, but the policies of this company is very nice.

Dislikes

The management policy was not good , there I feel and Saw dictatorship

Work Details

I was interested to work here at First Means till 2015 but after that management of the company changed from then there's no interest left in myself because there is no job security, no increment in salary, no benefits

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
