Hyva is not a place to start your career with. You will learn nothing here. You will be headed by ITI and Diploma passed seniors who don't know about work ethics.

Dislikes

Working culture is terrible. Everybody pulls each other's legs. There's no work life balance, you will be asked to work 12 hrs/16 hrs. And if you're still unable to meet targets, be ready to spend the night in company. The food they serve in canteen is awful. Beggers on the street eat better food than Hyva employees.

Guys I am in PIP and feeling stressed all days

I had fight with code reviewer he is from other team he is just arrogant and he complains to my manager , The manager gives wrong and negative feedback though I am technically sound , but got released by from the project by the manager After that I got new project it was only 2 month I done all most all work got spot award also for this by working more than 12 hours . Because of this overwork I am feeling stressed and new project is coming to me and they just asking me about justification for all 1 Guys I am in pip but new manager said(may be choclate to employee) we will retain you by giving good feedback 2 All people in the company want to take me in projects but asking me justification for pip 3.Working more than 12 hours every day and also attending late night calls I am stressed out every day with working hours and also the justification given to others lot of politics happening . Mentally draining with no patner in my life to share this who can understand this and guid .
