I will not say dislike, but yes it fact as Korean people they thinK and they put in mind of employee that Maruti, Tata, Mahindra which are Indian company are Rural company and they are famous ,also employee they treat like dogs , very pathetic work culture they have.

We cannot predict what the automobile culture will be like in the future but as of now I am writing that Hyundai is the best company of the Indian Automobile Industry in the present times. The old feedback is still not good but Hyundai India and HMC Korea have made a lot of improvement in improving the company culture.
