The founder cum CEO has no clue what his vision is. The company is filled with intern kids. You can easily be CTO, Lead level with intern experience. Salary is unpredictable. if you're lucky you will receive it 1 month late.

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized.
