They don’t follow any scrum / Aglie model . Force you to Work on weekend .. No Appraisal, call you at midnight at 1 AM ,Heavy workload with less resources … No flexible working , permanent work from office .. they will fire you any time

I got to work with best team here,lady bosses were excellent in explaining product. My teammates were one of the best testers I worked with, work-life balance was little difficult to achieve as release cycles were shorter. Job security is up to your performance.

Not much but communications between lower, middle and senior management should be improved and senior management should be in touch with lower management and or ground staff.

Only part I like is salary mostly fixed you don't have any hidden variable almost CTC equal to fixed. But CTC is very low they hire cheap cost developer

Job security not exist here In pune office employees not considered as employee at all. If you stuck in any problem there is no expertise exist you have to solve that problem at your own or else for escalation they blame you HR is very lazy . They don't have proper work culture,business, and infrastructure support. HR & Management is so rude. How to talk with employees. Job security is very poor. In a year 4 times layoffs. If any employee resigning company and he is serving proper notice period has mentioned in policy. After that team manager and VP is tempering,pressuring etc.
