The company adopts my thoughts & ideas, so I am a part of the team. Another plus point is that my colleagues come from various cultural backgrounds, they are very cooperative and we work happily in collaboration.

Dislikes

Employees growth is low, some times work pressure is very high. Some Managers do not value individuals unique strengths, which is why I have take back my suggestions most of the times . Also there is no job trainings for freshers, Hence senior folks like me have to guide them step-by-step which is a pain some time.
