Inter department Transfers for some functions. Late Promotions inspite of multiple projects/expansions since 2018 onwards. 6 days working.

At least for my department, there doesn't exist any work-life balance. Everyone is expected to work from morning till 6-7 p.m. in the evening otherwise you aren't working enough and it will be highlighted in your quarterly appraisals and morning meetings.
