The work culture is very good. You will grow as a complete ELV systems solution provider. You have to be expert in design , execution , maintenance and commissioning.The salary is always provided before 10th of the successive months.Advances are paid for outdoor stations.Sales team is excellent. Good relations with consultants and many projects in hand everytime. The appraisal is fixed every year. The GM doesn't believe anyone. The company is not willing to compensate overtimes and sundays which is very unusal for project field. Very few has to share the excessive project burdens.The companies supply chain team is weak and excessively dependent on few.
