Housejoy has made me very capable in handling difficult tasks and getting them done efficiently, I was a very shy person when I had initially joined and my reporting manager Gaurav really helped me become more confident and encouraged me to do things that I initially was hesitant to. Overall a great place to work.

The job is quite interesting! I struggled a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training session. I learnt everything on the job. I got a chance to wear multiple hats and that helped me get a taste of different roles within the same team

The company has a cohensive work environment with cooperative seniors.The management is also transparent .salary hike is fair and appraisals are overall good. i have learnt a lot of new skills with the help of my seniors and have been a part of numerous project that have really helped me broaden my horizon
