An opportunity to work in one of the most known names (Hotstar) in the country and under the umbrella of one of the best companies in the world - Disney. The integration with Disney is one of the most proud things an employee can feel. The scale of the company is massive when it comes to the user base. It is one of a kind opportunity to deal with such mass of users.

Dislikes

Lack of Vision. The company lacks innovation. The product and content lack superiority and need to undergo a major re-haul for the company to succeed in future.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
