Since Iam the first employee, MD Mr. Giribabu took me as G. M. After 3 years promoted me CEO for Udayee group.. So no dislikes from my end

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and management is so good. Company policies are good. Appraisal are so good, they give good in salary hike every year

Iam satisfied in all aspects with the HOTEL.. Staff Is so cooperative, management is so good

Notice period, early join

My current company notice period is two months 23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024. But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb! I requested for early relieve to My current employer. Verbally they agreed to relieve two weeks early but now they not ready to relieve early. They want me to complete two months notice period. My new employer asking to join early! What can I do? Please some some give best advice?
