Good work environment and good cultural teammates are supportiv and the management are transparent there is good cafeteria for staff

Dislikes

There is a lot of good culture and good management, salary was good but career growth is slow there is training session for new joiners everyone was nice

Work Details

The job is quite interesting i struggle a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training session

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within City.

Notice period, early join

My current company notice period is two months 23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024. But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb! I requested for early relieve to My current employer. Verbally they agreed to relieve two weeks early but now they not ready to relieve early. They want me to complete two months notice period. My new employer asking to join early! What can I do?
