Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. I have been hired by Horizontal and deployed to the vodafone client saying you will be permanent to vodafone after 6 months in which they've failed. Its ok. but after 8 months I got email from vodafone that my last working day is 21st April 2023 (Which I should get from the Payroll company that is Horizontal). Horizontal said that consider the notice from the client only and they have paid for working 21 days not for the notice period. They have wasted my 8 months and did not pay equal even....Read More
