There is so much politics in team. People who can do buttering, only can grow in the team. There is no ethics. Politics is at the top. Work life balance is hell. I have faced mental harassment every time in the office. I have reported the issue in the mail to everyone. But no action has been taken. People at the top, all were involved. If someone has any medical issues, there is no one to listen to that issue even if we show all the prescription of the doctor, they cannot provide work from home even in the severe condition.
