Dislikes

Lowest of the lowest class of work culture. Hire & Fire company, Unethical. It is working because of the people who have worked in the past but currently it is neither employee friendly nor society nor country friendly. Not a good company for Engineers, You will never know what business it does, by the time you start knowing it, you will be on the verge to get fired.

My current company notice period is two months 23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024. But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb! I requested for early relieve to My current employer.
