As Honda is a renowned company, you get to know how Honda works. Lot of knowledge through training of Honda premium motorcycles. Know about premium vehicle procedures on sales and service.

Dislikes

Dealership doesn't follow Honda procedures. No work life balance. Timings are 9-7.30 sometimes 8. Sunday is not off. Unnecessary process, procedures and reports. Lot of politics in the upper management which I think the owner is not aware of. Designation doesn't match the job that we do. Targets are double of market survey. Workforce is less due to attrition. Humble Suggestion Just because one process works in one type, doesn't mean it works everytime everywhere. I would not suggest this company for people who want to grow until management changes....Read More

They asked me to leave on a 15 Days notice, due to their cost cutting plan. Never had an experience like this before in my life. Felt worthless at that point of time.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
