The DGM of Customer service thinks that he's the owner of this organization and always threat about job security. From day one he's playing with office funds and people jobs just for on thing. TO SAVE HIS ONW JOB, as he knows he won't be able to survive some where else because he's totally depended on managers for his work. HE'S JUST PLAYING POLITICS TO SAVE HIS JOB AND MAKING MONEY.

Only the morning meeting with insights are interesting that tells what is happening, but that should happen all day to boost the employees.

people are too much crazy on revenue not looking at natural calamities happening across and no learning post you are manager.

Company is good no doubt, Salary and. Benefits is good Upper management is good they all are very supportive.

but the mid management is worst, reporting L1 ASE are good for nothing, without seeing leadership role they have got promoted. Even does not know the single things and always remove frustration on the low level employees and use the advantage of their position, due to this reason many employees are leaving, next is me.
