Good doctors I mean real doctors not who is cleaning your teeth. Nurse are good as always.
I'm writing this evaluation as a former employee of this facility. Doctors are excellent I mean real doctors not who is cleaning your teeth , and nurses excel at their duties. If you have any clerical issues, don't blame them because the administration of this so-called hospital doesn't even consider them human being , especially ifyou are male.The problem lies within the reference system of this hospital. If you are good in approach and pressure the management, they give you enough power to any idiot who has not even 1% experience in their relevant field. HR has no power, account department is top notch as always because of their hod, and be aware of khabris. My advice for the director are to remove the reference system, give HR more power, and don't assume that just because a woman comes to you , she isn't necessarily right. Also, raise their salaries equally like as any other employees . Last but not least, respect males staff as same as you respect women staff because we are not 9-to-5 slave ; some employees arrive early and work late just for betterment of the organisation . I was working at holy family hospital for 1 year, I was having a bad experience with most seniors in the department, I worked with all my best as possible, without even taken a fake sick leave and a single absent. And in shift my I was very careful to do any mistake and any of my patient didn't remove their major lines (if they have) or self extubate from ventilator and i knew a of one of the senior remove central line on her shift and she didn't even write the explanation letter, incident report any of it. The incharge in the icu was so side of the bully. I was constantly bullying in my entire shift. But I didn't complain or make a argue with them, because i just need a peaceful work atmosphere and i thought and convince my mind that like ' this is just a temporary and you're not staying here for long, you will go someday' and nursing aids also didn't do their jobs, even if I call them they didn't give a sigh or respond me, listen to me, and I did lots of my patients back care myself because they didn't come to help me. What is the trend in icu is if there's a senior who have assigned with a patient the nursing aid will go and help her first,even her hand over taken is not over she says that "bhaya is coming to my patient first I'm already booked" . My work besties are constantly says to me to complain against them, I didn't. Even after night duties one of the incharge tore and crumpled my nurses note I didn't write " 500" In iv dn/2 + 37.5 ml NaHCO3, I could just write in 500, but she didn't allow me to do so. Then I write the 1 page full again. One day during morning duty I was assigned with same patient that I was taking care since 8 days and I know a to z of the patient and I need help from nursing aid because I can't do it myself because the patient was bed ridden. So I give the medicine and other care and alos did back care, feeds, medicines to other patient and that time patient's handing over of incharge was going on. So I can't do the file work, so I started to write charting of my bed ridden patient who I know since 8 days, one of the bully saw it and said " What are you doing, are you doing charting before back care and she tore and crumpled it I also saw others even my juniors doings like this, but that's doesn't matter, matter is what I did, I didn't a harmful mistake to my parents.
