I LIKE ENVIORNMENT IN THAT PLACE AS WELL AS MANAGMENT AND COLLABORATION ESPECIALLY MY COLLEAGUES WHILE WORKING . ISANITATION IN PREMISES . OUR PRINCIPAL WAS VERY SUPPORTIVE AND MANAGABLE AMONG US . ETC

SOMETIMES SOME CONFLICT AMONG US REGARDING DIFFERENT TYPES OF ISSUES LIKE HOW TO MANAGE THE TEAM WORK OR SOME CULTURAL PROGRAM. DURING TRAINING PERIOD OUR WORK WAS VERY HARD .ETC

Work environment and mostly the balance between work and our own life is good being a mission institution a healthy spiritual life was good as well as satisfaction with the salary and other benefits which was provided by the institution.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized.
