I like the job security and maintaining good work life balance while working with LafargeHolcim Group. During Covid-19 lockdown the admin, IT and procurement team did a fantastic job to implement work from home for all employees with 100% productivity. Excellent safety measures followed by our organisation. Not a single job loss or salary cut happened to any employees during this Covid-19 lockdown. Company implemented lot of self development training, invited motivational speakers to motivate employees and also invited trained Physchologist to help employees to come out of depression cause due to Lockdown. Dislikes

Compensation is not good for existing employees. Standard Increment for all including performer and nonperformers and getting a promotion is like you go for a treasure hunt. You can't understand who, how, when, why, what stops your promotion.

Work Details

This job is quite interesting. I learnt most of the team management skills including day to day operation. But you can't explain to others because you are not paid as per your work. So the person opposite to you will think that you are bluffing.
