Company brand gives identity, but negetive approach is more than positive approach in society.

Employees are living with below average life, Employees are failing to get basic amenities, this is not right place for youngsters, those who want live without work only stay in this company. Instead of company work they will do personal work and worst politics and spoiling company name.

Politics should not be a factor to decide about personal aggrandizement. Full job-security, occasional training used to be provided, appraisal half-yearly / yearly, work environment at average level, innovation used to be recognized by giving suggestion award, work-life balance used to be excellent. Co-ordination within the department and inter-department used to be fantastic.
