Management is very supportive. Considered and given increment based on the skill and performance, whereas a bad choice for a lazy staff. Co-Staff are highly skilled and we could learn a lot related with my profession. Doctors are highly qualified and obviously they expects a minimum quality with us.

Staffs are inadequate, Management not supportive to staff, doctors are treating nurses as servants. Never expect incriment in salary. No scope for entertainment and staff welfare. Inservice education programs never conducted. Overtime also inadequate.
