Company culture is pathetic, no respect, all blame game. If you are winning the new business, it's because of all team but if you lost that client, it's because of you and your team. Jyothi is trying really hard to make the company grow but have no idea where it is going. Deepti is a ruler and taking decision to keep and remove anyone whom she like or dislike. Absolutely the worst place to work. I’ve never worked at such a place before. The top management doesn’t care of the employees who are at the bottom. They cheated me of my salary, absolutely no training given. Humiliation is the most.
