Learnt new things about plant and machinery. Previously in my former Companies worked as an MEP engineer. Here learnt new things about machines which give some satisfaction for myself as an mechanical engineer this satisfaction I did not get working as a m e p engineer

Dislikes

I had to face harassment continuously for small things regarding quality issues which were not directly in my control. There was no human treatment from my manager always use to abuse for very minor issues. Constantly there was unnecessary work pressure everyday which was really horrible so I rate the working and environment as terrible & horrible. There was no appreciation from my manager or any other management for any amount of hard work done. After working like a donkey for weeks and months together there were only abuses for very very minor and small faults...Read More

New Job Anxiety?

Hey all I recently got an offer from a company as it offered me a 60-70 % hike over my current company which was about to secure a job. I am having 3 years of experience in SAP BW domain and mostly and in this I have worked for 1.6 years in BW support and that too in night shifts where there is not much work. I started preparing interviews and cleared them and now got an offer and I put my notice and my last working day was next week. Now coming to the main part even though I'm good about most part having less real time experience and exposure is freaking me out and what will be the new company expectations and I decided to work hard to learn all the details it's just the hands on I'm not sure. With in mean time I'll be preparing in that company I mean once I join should I need to tell my lead or manager that this is at where am I and should I just bluff them as i know everything. Any suggestions please...the joining date is around the corner which gives me more anxiety
