Dislikes

No responsibility of top management towards employees. Work life balance is terrible no leaves . company is going to be of seven year old but still no policy regarding payment and promotions. Top management doesn't address the problems of employees. No township facility poor mess and canteen services. Yearly increment and payments par below the current market rate.

another plus point is that my colleagues come from various cultural backgrounds and we work happily in collaboration. I also like the employee re-hire policy here.

Compensation is decent but growth is slow the work pressure is very high. sometimes, i have to work 12-14 hours straight in a day as i have to attend client calls in the evening and sometime late into the night.
