Dislikes

No work-life balance,they treat deputy project officers as garbage. They just give you hopes of a better future and make you work extra hours without pay and then when project is almost done they throw you away. They make you work on holidays too. They just recruited to make sure that the permanent employees can sleep and enjoy and all the work be done by DPO and at last they say you've done nothing. Better not to join as Deputy Project Officer as it doesn't help you grow....Read More
