Work Details

Branding and managing all local regional and national events. Negotiations with the vendors and suppliers to match the approved p&l and managing everything in the given timeline. Also worked in space selling in Media marketing for various categories.

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
