HCC is one of the company.there work culture is very good. Management is also good. This is my previous company but if we will chances in future i will must joined.i want to work once again.

Dislikes

I was worked with HCC staff in different projects but there work culture is mostly like. Salary is delayed in some projects but i was satisfied. I work in three companies but HCC is best construction in industries.

Sometimes seniors making probleums to the freshers.when they want to do their work progress fast .and also given heavy workload upon freshers.i join the company as fresher autocad draughtsman civil.before me my senior was rejecting several persons in an interview for their own purpose.

HCC is the fastest growing company in the field of construction industry and I am happy that i was part of that company. During my working period all seniors and coleouges was very cooperative with me. Entire my HCC Journey, management give better opportunity to new tallent to perform their duties and learn from their task. Work pressure is high sometimes I have worked whole week 14 to 15 hours without any off. sometimes incentive was not good instead of hard work.

Generally speaking, my work was very challenging for me where temperature was always remain between -30 to +15 digree centigrade.In this situation as a safety professional I have performed my duties with full dedication and achieve ten lack safe man hours
