As a lab analyst I was fresher to field when I joined here. The company gave me opportunity to explore my self and supported me in terms of elevating my technical(Respected technical head)and communication skills. In India bitumen and modified bitumen, emulsion hincol has established his name in industry which I will say a plus point and reputed company for youngsters and freshers to learn

Dislikes

The system they follow for order execution is bad in SOP and for everything and staff non cooperative,no team work,no unity among the employees,no professional behavior, employees working for thier self need not for company's vision and mission. To conclude this hincol has strong technical team but for freshers and youngsters the experienced employees with dirty politics and religious politics spoil the company's reputation and newcomers will face this kind of problems and get bad name from management and quit thier job....Read More
