The management of this organization is very good in favour of the employees because of this the work culture is excilent. The policies of the department is very good, every employee is getting good salary and promotions well in time. The work culture is excellent and all the colleagues are quite supportive and cooperative. Company policies are also transparent and take care of all the caders. One can have lots of opportunities of growth and learning in Hydro Power sector which throws many new and fascinating challenges every day. Our young engineers can prove their mettle by accepting various challenges in this sector.

Dislikes

Being associated with Hydro Power development, our engineers often feel hamstrung due to many obstacles they have to come across while implementing various schemes. Government can introduce necessary changes in the Hydro Power policy time to time with special emphasis to contain time and cost overruns in execution of its projects.
