Worst Working culture,,, There is no family life,, and nothing to learn,,

There is no work policy unlimited,, working hours,, with very less manpower,, no control on LABOUR CONTRACTOR, he do not provide the sufficient labour and management is unable to take any action on it.,, Plant head of FARIDABAD unit does not know the working as a Plant HEAD,,, LOGISTICS head is also,, worthless, no support from both side,, and the management wants to finish work on time,,, there is no material available as per order,, but the booking of material in system is continuing update,,then the Dispatch Head has to be reply on mismatched,,,and we don't get the manpower,, In a proper way,,, no SOP,, here to work....Read More
