Timely salary at 7th of each month

Dislikes

Unnecessary work pressure even if there is no work. They do not pay the full and final settlement amount to employees but ask for 3 months' notice. Better not to serve any notice period. There are few components in the CTC that would not be paid to you like food vouchers. They call meetings at 11pm at night so no work-life balance of any kind. They will also not pay the variable pay in CTC

Pay salary on time i.e. 6th of every month Good for freshers to learn the software

Dislikes

The management makes sure you work on every weekend and late hours of the day even if the work that is assigned in not required or fruitful. The CTC mentioned during negotiation and appointment letter has items which will not be paid to you which is a big shock at present day IT company.
