Job security is question mark, when you perform good will get good. Person who plans a short time 3-4 years to work is good.More than that not preferable. Top management is good but middle management is weakier and if they spend time to strong middle management company has a good future. 3Months Notice period will kill you.Future job change will be very difficult.Paid and go is not available!!

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
