Working at Hi-Tech Radiators Pvt Ltd is good experience since I joined as a Management trainee fresher through campus placement. This experience has provided me ample opportunities to develop and polish my skills in business development, production planning and supply chain management. I have been exposed to in and outs of production life cycle along with process flow of supply chain department. Employees here are very friendly in nature but work with a dirty political mindset. Management decisions are mostly harsh from employees point of view. They didn't care about employees, no medical facilities, no insurance policies. Management treats you like they have hired you for 24x7. As a fresher it is a good company to work where you have access to all departments and learn the things....Read More

Employees here are very friendly in nature but work with a dirty political mindset. Management decisions are mostly harsh from employees point of view. Senior management treats you like they have hired you for 24x7. You can be kicked out anytime so no job security.

Work Details

My work normally deals with all the departments since proper planning is the core of production. So I have to know how all department works maybe marketing,purchase,production,stores,inventory,quality and even design also. Working here is OK type..
