It's a good Hospital, where the staff coordination is very good. I love to work here.

Dislikes

My working time is 8 hours but some time I have to work 10-12h. But management doesn't do for us. Payment system is also not in time.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
